Conditions of use

To guarantee an ideal work for all the users, some policies have come into force for using the ShareUsers application. The following policies must be observed or, otherwise, the offender user is going to be suspended out of the ShareUsers community.

These norms will be able to be modified without prior warning by the ShareUsers team and, although we will try to notify them through the blog of the program, we recommend its regular review.

Adult Content: Any website including among its pages publications with adult content or simply connecting or having repeatedly banners with this kind of content, will be deleted without any prior warning by the community, if it has not marked the content check-box for adults. Also, in case of reiteration on the user's part, his/her participation in ShareUsers could be prohibited.

Illegal content: Any website with illegal content will be deleted without prior warning from ShareUsers. Also, in case of reiteration on the user's part, his/her participation in ShareUsers will be prohibited. Also, we have a zero tolerance policy towards content that exploits children, in case of human rights violations, or defense of racist attitudes, hence if so the web will be reported to the competent organizations.

Users' impersonation: If we detect that some user pretends to be another user for any reason, even if the pursuit of easy profits is not inherent, we would proceed to sanction the above mentioned user with his/her prohibition in the community. In case a third party, who has no account in ShareUsers, is the offender, we will put all our means to find out who the offender is by request of the affected one.

Illegal activities: Any use of ShareUsers intended to engage in an illegal or fraudulent activity will be punished by prohibiting the participation in our community and we may report the offender to the appropriate authorities. This includes junk emails (SPAM) or unwanted notifications by other Internet users and the malwares distribution (virus, phishing, etc).

Safety violations: Just a single attempt to cause any damage to the safety of the program in order to achieve a privileged access, to obtain a personal benefit or to harm another user or the entire community, will be suspended with the immediate expulsion from ShareUsers. Also, the attack will be reported to the appropriate authorities and legal actions are going to be taken.

Passwords: The user is the only one responsible for his/her access key to ShareUsers. The above mentioned access key is confidential and he/she will have to keep in a safe place (it would be ideal to memorize it). In case of loss he/she will have to get in touch quickly with the ShareUsers team in order to block the account.

Actions against other users: Any action in order to cause either a direct or an indirect harm to another user will be punished. An action against another user or against the users' community (community) is considered as any action to obtain a proper benefit or cause a foreign damage, which includes manipulations in our links, plugins or add-ons. We highlight this, because it is an action which harms other users, and therefore punishable, once any person tries to link ShareUsers pages with a different text established for this page and provided by ShareUsers.

Free acceptance of these norms: Every user joining to the ShareUsers community accepts to fulfill these norms. The user signs an agreement concerning the content of every website in the community. The above mentioned agreement could be broken, in a unilateral way, on the user's part in any moment once he/she decides to delete his/her user's ShareUsers account.

Acceptance of the norms: At the moment in which the user accepts these norms, he accepts also the possibility that the above mentioned norms are modified at any time. Also, the ShareUsers team has the right to sanction any user who runs an activity considered as opposite to the community well-being.

In case of detecting any violation of the following norms, please, report it to the ShareUsers team and we will take the measures that we consider to be opportune.
