Conditions of our service

About this contract:
1. Every user should read these conditions before start using this service.
2. To use the services provided by ShareUsers, the user should explicitly accept these conditions.
3. The ShareUsers services will also be used by means of a website signed to the service. In this case, the representative website will be in charge of warming its users about the conditions of that service and it will be responsible for the user's fulfillment of the present conditions
4. To explicitly accept the conditions the user should be an adult person and he/she has to have the legal capacities to do so. On the contrary, the contract will be considered cancelled.
5. ShareUsers will be free to cancel or to modify the present conditions without any prior warning. If you use the services provided by ShareUsers after a modification of these conditions has occurred, it will be understood that you accept that new version of our conditions.
Service delivery:
1. You accept that conditions written in this document can vary as well as the service offered by ShareUsers.
2. You accept that the service offered by ShareUsers will be interrupted without prior warnings due to well programmed shutdowns or to unintentional problems related to the software or hardware in which the service is based on. These shutdowns could be permanent.
3. Just in case you will be penalized with the denied access to your account, you might enter to the stored data in our files in order to delete them by using other communication means with the ShareUsers team.
4. The free service offer by ShareUsers has a cost. That is why the ShareUsers team reserves the right to get paid for accessing its services, to add publicity related to its financing or take any other precaution in order to obtain profits.
5. Publicity can be presented as announcements, which can be based on the content created by the user, in URLs or in any other information related to the service's user. ShareUsers has the right to introduce publicity where and when it considers to be appropriate.
To use the service:
1. In order to use this service, it is possible that you are requested for some personal information. You should accept the treatment, manipulation and storing of this information.
2. You accept your responsibility just in case the information you give to ShareUsers is incorrect, partial or out of date.
3. You assume you could use this service only for established purposes in these conditions. In any case, you won't violate any laws or regulations established in your country, as well as commonly accepted practices in your jurisdiction
4. You should promise not to break the service security. This includes not developing any kind of action to enter to our services in a different way.
5. It is forbidden to reproduce, duplicate, commercialize, copy or sell our service.
6. You accept being the only responsible of any violation of the present contract. ShareUsers and its team could not be responsible, according to you or third parties, in case of any violation of this contract.
Privacy and user accounts:
1. ShareUsers assumes you are the only person having the password to access your account. That's why ShareUsers will not have any responsibility in case of casual loss or publishing of passwords. You are the only responsible according to your account and you could be legally chased in case of any vulnerability of these conditions.
2. At your disposal, there is a privacy policy you can consult.
Property of the service:
1. You accept the fact in which ShareUsers (including its team) is the legitimate owner of every offered service, being authorized to delete, restrict, modify or cancel the service without prior warning.
2. Every content is protected and thus a property of ShareUsers team.
3. ShareUsers, Niuma Soft and their trademarks must not be used without the Niuma Soft's approval. Likewise, available logotypes, images and text will be object of use without a written approval.
Content policy:
1. The ShareUsers team reserves the right to delete, modify, classify or, either partially or totally, filter contents generated by users from this service.
2. By using ShareUsers services you could be exposed to unwanted contents that might be bothering to you. By asking our offered services, you agree it could be a risk.
3. You accept your responsibility about every content you develop.
4. You assert the veracity and accuracy of published data and also accept responsibilities Likewise; you assert the truthfulness of every data offered to ShareUsers at any time.
Validity of the contract:
1. The following contract will be valid until the moment in which you or ShareUsers have an agreement on contract termination.
2. By denying access to your account, ShareUsers can consider to have an agreement on contract termination.
3. You can have an agreement on contract termination with ShareUsers by deleting your account or simply sending a notification through any accepted means the services counts on.
Limitation of responsability:
1. ShareUsers won't be responsible for any loss when using our service, including information or profits loss. This will be accepted even if ShareUsers was supposed to know or be warned about those possibilities.
2. Every service is offered as it is. ShareUsers gives no warranties concerning that.
3. Of course, the previous clause is not going to affect your obtained rights as a costumer in our jurisdiction.
Links:
1. Despite of every effort made, ShareUsers has not the entire control of links being introduced by users. That is why you have to agree that ShareUsers is not going to be responsible for contents in those linked sites.
2. Likewise, you agree that ShareUsers won't be responsible for any loss or damage caused by browsing on any website linked by ShareUsers.
3. Those previous clauses are valid for the content of those linked websites, as well as the advertising they tend to offer.
General Conditions:
1. You accept that ShareUsers and Niuma Soft can send you general information concerning offered services by using the email or any communication mean. That information must not be considered as Junk email, because they have been authorized by signing the following contract.
2. Though the ShareUsers team does not carry out any of the above mentioned conditions, it does not mean a renunciation of its rights.
3. The following conditions are applied to every part of software ShareUsers is made of.
4. ShareUsers team can grant through a written authorization some other rights contradicting what was specified in those conditions.
5. The following contract will be ruled by the Spanish law. Either you or ShareUsers accept to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Spanish court.
